| 摘 要： | 水蛭是一种常用的珍贵动物类中药，具有很高的药用价值。近年来，随着需求增加，价格攀升，市场上出现了水蛭的混淆品。通过收集活体水蛭样本，对照动物分类学专著、本草著作及鉴别研究报道，发现并确认市场上流通的2种水蛭混淆品为湖北牛蛭Poecilobdella hubeiensian Yang和棒纹牛蛭P. javanica （Wahlberg），以期为鉴别研究和临床安全用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | Hirudo, a precious and commonly used animal Chinese medicine, is praised for the high medicinal value. With the increase of market demand and the rising in the price in recent years, the adulterants of Hirudo appeared in the market. By collecting live leech samples and referring to the monographs on the taxonomy and textual research and the reports on the identification, we confirmed that the two Hirudo adulterants in the market were Poecilobdella hubeiensian Yang and P. javanica (Wahlberg). This study aims to provide a reference for the identification of Hirudo and the safe medication. |
