| 摘 要： | 根据2020年全球最新的癌症数据显示,乳腺癌新发病例数已经取代了肺癌,随着其病例数的快速增长,乳腺癌取代肺癌成为了全球第一大癌症。由此可见,如何加强乳腺癌诊治的灵敏性对于乳腺癌的预后至关重要,而外泌体,因其与乳腺癌发生发展过程中的细胞侵袭转移、药物载体运输以及机体耐药、细胞因子分泌表达和免疫应答等方面息息相关,所以对乳腺癌的诊疗一体化及预后有很大的影响。本文对外泌体的诊断及其对乳腺癌治疗预后的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Breast cancer has overtaken lung cancer as the world′s leading cancer,according to the latest global cancer statistics for 2020.Thus,how to the sensitivity of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer of strengthening is vital for the prognosis of breast cancer,and outside body secretion,and because of its with invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells in the process of occurrence and development,drug carrier transport and the body resistance,cytokine secretion expression and is closely related to immune response and so on,so integration and prognosis of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment has a great influence.This article reviews the diagnosis of exosome and its effect on the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. |
