优化我院新冠肺炎处置流程,总结防控管理经验,对就诊患者进行流行病史调查、检查和及时分流,实施有效的预检分诊,对疑似病例及时启动传染病专家会诊和及时转运,避免交叉感染,做到早发现、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗。

Prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in a non-designated hospital

This article summarizes the experience in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control management in a nondesignated hospital in Nanning,China.We optimized the process for disease diagnosis and treatment,during which,we conducted an epidemiological investigation and physical examination for each patient,and timely triaged the patients in the prescheduled pathway.Suspected patients,who were initially diagnosed with the COVID-19 after consultation with experts of infectious diseases,were quickly transferred to the designated hospitals to avoid virus transmission,in an attempt to achieve the goal of early detection,early diagnosis,early isolation and early treatment.
