摘    要:目的:分析支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清P物质、单核细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)、巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(MDC)、半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)的水平变化及临床意义.方法:选取我院(2016年11月~2018年2月)收治的MPP患儿100例作为MPP组,同时选取同时期在我院健康体检的健康儿童50例作为对照组,分析不同病情患儿血清P物质、MCP-4、MDC、CysLTs水平变化的意义.结果:MPP组患儿血清P物质、MCP-4、MDC、CysLTs水平高于对照组;MPP喘息组患儿血清P物质、MCP-4、MDC、CysLTs水平高于MPP非喘息组;重度MPP组患儿血清P物质、MCP-4、MDC、CysLTs水平高于轻度MPP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:支原体肺炎患儿血清P物质、MCP-4、MDC、CysLTs水平显著升高,相关因子水平与患儿病情程度密切相关,或可作为MPP病情评估的理想指标.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the level and clinical significance of serum P,monocyte chemoattractant protein-4(MCP-4),macrophage-derived chemokines(MDC)and cysLTs in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods:From November 2016 to February 2018,100 children with MPP were selected as MPP group,and 50 healthy children who were examined in our hospital during the same time were selected as control group to analyze the significance of serum substance P and MCP-4,MDC,CysLTs levels in children with different conditions.Results:The serum P,MCP-4,MDC and CysLTs in the MPP group were higher than those in the control group.The serum P,MCP-4,MDC and CysLTs in the patients with severe MPP were higher than those in the non-gasping group.The serum P,MCP-4,MDC and CysLTs in the patients with severe MPP were higher than those in the mild MPP group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum substance P and MCP-4,MDC,CysLTs in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were significantly higher than those in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.The level of related factors was closely related to the severity of the disease,or could be used as an ideal index for the evaluation of MPP.
