摘    要:目的 通过考察菊花中8种易检出农药在不同加工方式下的加工因子,为菊花服用安全性评估提供参考依据。方法 使用菊花农药残留阳性样品,模拟菊花常用的加工方法(水煎煮、冲泡、70%乙醇提取),并采用液相色谱-质谱法测定加工过程中菊花各阶段的农药残留量,计算农药转移率和加工因子。结果 采用水煎煮和冲泡法,8种农药的转移率差异较大,呈现与农药的极性正相关的变化规律;而采用70%乙醇提取,8种农药转移至终产品中的残留量均较高。结论 通过对不同加工方式下菊花农药加工因子进行研究,为菊花中农药残留限度的制定提供参考依据,并为科学评估菊花中农药残留风险提供数据支持。

Abstract:Objective To calculate the processing factors of 8 pesticides in Chrysanthemi Flos extracted under different methods and provide reference for the safety assessment of direct oral administration.Methods Chrysanthemi Flos samples with pesticide residues were extracted with the commonly used Chinese herbal medicine processing methods, including water brewing, water decocting, and 70% ethanol extracting. The pesticide residues were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and then the pesticide transfer rates and processing factors were calculated.Results The transfer rates of the 8 pesticides were significantly different between the samples processed by decocting and brewing, showing a positive correlation with the polarity of the pesticides. The transfer rates of 8 pesticides residues in the final products extracted with 70% ethanol were high.Conclusion According to the difference in pesticide transfer rate of Chrysanthemi Flos samples extracted under different conditions, the processing factors can be calculated as a reference for determining the pesticide residue limit of Chrysanthemi Flos and provide data support for obtaining more accurate results in the risk assessment of pesticide residues.
