洋葱总黄酮的提取及鉴别

摘    要:目的为充分利用洋葱植物资源,避免资源的浪费,探讨洋葱总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用纯物理的工艺流程过程和紫外线分光光度法从洋葱中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=4.84%。回收率为99.4%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何化学变化及污染,是提取洋葱黄酮类物质的有效途径。

Abstract:ObjectiveIn order to make use of the resources of onion,avoid wasting,approach the extraction of total flavone of onion.MethodsUsing purely physical process flow and spectrophotometry to extract and check the flavone of onion.ResultsBy this method getting the contents of the total flavone of onion is 4.84% and the rate of recovery is 99.4% with high outpat and purity.ConclusionThis method is a pure physical process,and has not any chemical change and pollution.It is an ideal way to extract the flavone of onion.
