微波热疗联合放疗治疗扁桃体癌(附40例临床分析)

探讨微波热疗放疗治疗扁桃体癌的疗效。方法：对２０例扁桃体癌应用放射治疗，２０例应用微波与放射综合治疗，观察并比较其疗效。结果：热疗－放疗综合治疗组临床近期肿瘤消退率９０％，明显高于单纯放疗组，前者肿块消退速度亦明显优于单纯放疗组，且全部病例在治疗期内未发生严重毒副作用。结论微波热疗联合放疗对扁桃体癌的治疗具有协同增敏作用。

Treatment for Tonsil Carcinoma by Radiotherapy Combined with Microwave-thermotherapy (Analysis of 40 cases)

Objective To research the efficiency of radiotherapy combined with local hyperthermia for the tonsil carcinoma.Method 40 cases of tonsil carcinoma at the same stadium were observed.Among them,20 cases were treated with routine radiotherapy (R group) while the other 20 cases by combined radio and microwave thermotheraty (R T group ).Results The regression of tumor was observed in 90% cases of R T group and 55% in R group,there was an obvious distinction (P<0.05),and the regression of tumor in R T group was more rapid than that in R group.Not severe side effects were noted at all cases in R T group.Conclusion The microwave thermotherapy shows a synergism for radia therapy of tonsil carcinoma.
