| 摘 要： | 应用微波辐射ＳＰ方法检测１００例胃癌中嗜铬素Ａ（ＣｇＡ）、突触素（ＳＹＮ）表达。结果３４例胃癌含神经内分泌细胞（ＮＥ）、阳性率３４％，４例符合胃内分泌细胞癌，３０例符合胃癌伴神经内分泌分化。ＮＥ阳性癌细胞多出现分化差的胃癌组织类型中与进展期胃癌中。ＮＥ阳性３４例胃癌淋巴结转移２７例（７９．４％），较高于ＮＥ阴性６６例胃癌淋巴转移４２例（６３．６％），３年生存率５８．３％较低于ＮＥ阴性胃癌７０．８％

| Abstract: | The expressions of Chromogranin A and Synaptophysin in 100 cases of gastriccarcinoma were detected by streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method(SP). Neuroendocrine cells ( NE) were found in 34% out of all tumors , which included 4 cases of NE cell carcinoma and 30 cases of gastric carcinoma with NE differentiation. NE cells were more frequent in poorly differentiated (P<0.05) and in advanced stage (P<0.01). The metastatic rate in NE positive cases (79.4%) was higher than that of the negative ones, Three-year survival rate in NE positive cases was lower than that of the negative ones. The data suggest that:NE cells are more frequently present in gastric carcinoma; NE positive gastric carcinomas have special clinicopathological features, differing from typical carcinoids. |
