| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胃食管反流病中医证候特征。方法:对236例胃食管反流病患者进行临床调查和中医辨证分型,并进行统计分析。结果:236例胃食管反流病中主要证型有肝胃郁热120例(50.85%),肝胃不和55例(23.31%),胃热气逆36例(15.25%)中虚气逆16例(6.78%),痰气郁阻9例(3.81%)等5型。结论:胃食管反流病病位主要在胃,与肝关系最为密切,病性以实证、热证为主,病机主要为胃失和降、浊气上逆。
