心理干预对小儿急性白血病化疗后负性情绪的影响

目的探讨心理干预对小儿急性白血病惠儿化疗后负性情绪的影响。方法对46例需要进行化疗的小儿白血病患儿随机分为干预组和对照组：干预组常规治疗的同时给予心理干预治疗，对于负性情绪的程度评测：26例〉12岁患儿采用90项自觉症状自评量表（SCL-90），20例〈12岁患儿采用心理健康诊断测试（MHT），并评价患儿的治疗依从性。结果化疗后干预组患儿其负性情绪较对照组明显减轻（P〈0．05），干预组患儿化疗依从性明显提高（P〈0．05），干预组患儿化疗依从性明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论对小儿白血病化疗后负性情绪进行心理干预，有利于缓解由于化疗的不良反应及疾病本身所形成的心理压力而出现的各种情绪上的不适症状，提高患儿化疗的依从性。

The influence of psychotherapy on negative emotion in pediatric acute leukenia after chemotherapy.chemotherapy

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on negative emotion in pediatric acute leukeia after chemotherapy.Methods Foutry six cases of leukemia patients were randomly divided in to experimental and control groups, the experimental group were treated with the conventional and psychcogical therapy, then adopted the SCL-90 survey form and MItT to evaluate two groups treatment effect. Results The negative emotion in experimental patients after chemotherapy, were reduced singificantly than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, and the compliance of experimental groups was improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention on negative emotion in pediatric acute leukemia after chemotherapy can help to alleviate the side effeets involve the various emotions and the symptoms, and improve the compliance with chemotherpy.
