| 摘 要： | 将慢性肾功能衰竭 4 0例血肌酐在 178～ 4 4 2 μmol/L患者 ,随机分两组 ,中医综合疗法治疗组 2 0例 ,西医对照组 2 0例 ,两组均予对症治疗 ,治疗组予中药 ,本院中药制剂肾病Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号胶囊口服 ,中药制剂静脉滴注 ,中药灌肠、熏洗、外敷肾区、针灸 ,对照组予包醛氧淀粉口服。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。

| Abstract: | Objective :To explore the comprehensive treatment in TCM on chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods :40 case with seram creatinine between 178 to 442 μmol/L were divided into 2 groups.20 Case were received Chinese herb,including capsule Ⅰ,capsule Ⅱ for renal disease by the hospital,Chinese medicine injection,enema,fuming and washing,external application of nephric area acupuncture and moxibustion.20 Case were received sated aldehyde oxystarch together with routine therapy. Result :It was found that the effective rate in the therapeutic group were significantly better than those of the control group( P <0 05). |
