高中生心理健康与应对方式的相关研究

目的 了解高中生心理健康与应对方式状况及二者之间的关系。方法 该研究采用应付方式问卷[1]和精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对石家庄市的179名普通高中生和217名职业高中生进行了测查。结果 被测高中生心理问题检出率达17．17％；普通高中学生与职业高中学生的心理健康状况之间存在差异，普通高中较职业高中要差；不同性别、城乡学生的心理健康和应对方式存在差异；退避、幻想和自责的应对方式对心理健康的作用是负性的，而解决问题的得分越高，心理健康程度则越高。结论 高中生存在较多的心理问题与困惑，不同的应对方式对心理健康水平影响较大。

Correlation Between Coping Style and Mental Health of High School Students

Object To evaluate of the coping style and the mental health level of high school students, and also the relationship between them. Method This study adopts the Coping Style Questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） on 179 high school students and 217 professional high school students in Shijianzhuang city. Results The appearing rate of the mental problem of high school students is about 17.17%. There are some differences of the mental health level between the ordinary high school students and the professional high school students, with the ordinary high school students worse; the mental health and the coping style differ l~etween different sexes and between urban and rural. Retreat, delusion and self-condemned of the coping style are negatively connected with mental health, while the higher the scores on solving problem are, the better the mental health is. Conclusion The high school students have some sorts of mental problems and confuses. The different coping style affects the mental health level greatly.
