动静脉内瘘原发性功能障碍的生存分析与危险因素

目的探究AVF的原发性功能障碍的生存分析与危险因素。方法本研究回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年3月在揭阳市人民医院行AVF成形术的患者,收集并统计患者信息绘制生存曲线,并通过单因素分析和Logistic回归分析分析AVF原发性功能障碍的危险因素。结果AVF6个月的一期通畅率为91.1%,12个月一期通畅率为81.8%,18个月一期通畅率为73.9%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、血红蛋白和吸烟是AVF术后晚期功能障碍的单因素危险因素。结论高龄、高血红蛋白、和吸烟可能是AVF原发性功能障碍的主要危险因素。

Survival analysis and risk factors of primary dysfunction of arteriovenous fistula

Objective To investigate the survival analysis and risk factors of primary dysfunction of arteriovenous fistula(AVF).Methods This study retrospectively analyzed patients undergoing intravenous ankle arthroplasty at Jieyang People's Hospital from January 2015 to March 2018,and collected and counted patients'clinical data.Survival curve was drawn and the risk factors of AVF primary dysfunction were analyzed by univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results 6-month primary patency rate of AVF was 91.1%,the 12-month primary patency rate was 81.8%,and the 18-month primary patency rate was 73.9%.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,hemoglobin and smoking were single-factor risk factors for advanced dysfunction after AVF.Conclusion Elderly age,hyperhemoglobin,and smoking may be major risk factors for primary dysfunction of AVF.
