摘    要:目的:探讨经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)术后床边DR影像的质控方法。方法对85例PICC术后患者的床边DR影像进行综合分析和质量评价,确定影响影像质量的因素。结果优质影像54例,非优质影像31例。对31例非优质影像进行重点分析,发现影响影像质量的原因主要为:①患者不配合;②体外异物;③床边X线机的工作性能不稳定;④摄片技术参数设定不当;⑤影像后处理技术运用不当。结论床边DR检查须规范化以获得优良的PICC导管影像。

Abstract:Objective To explore the quality control methods of bedside DR images of patients underwent peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods The comprehensive analysis and quality evaluation of bedside DR images of 85 patients underwent PICC were conducted to determine the inlfuencing factors of image quality.Results There were 54 cases with high quality and 31 cases with poor quality among all the bedside DR images. Based on the selective analysis of 31 cases with poor quality, the influencing factors of image quality were divided into 5 types including the imparity of patients, foreign matters in vitro, unstable performances of bedsideX-ray machines, improper settings of radiography technology parameters and improper image post-processing technologies.Conclusion The bedside DR examination should be standardized to obtain PICC catheter images with high quality.
