血氧检测与彩超检查对乳腺癌诊断的比较分析

目的：探讨乳腺血氧检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对45例乳腺肿块患者分别采用乳腺血氧检测及乳腺彩色多普勒超声检查，并对结果进行对比分析。结果乳腺血氧检测对乳腺癌诊断的准确性为91.1%、特异性92.3%、敏感性89.4%。彩色多普勒检查对乳腺癌诊断的准确性为80.0%、特异性76.9%、敏感性84.2%。两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论乳腺血氧检测对乳腺癌诊断具有较高的准确性、特异性及敏感性，对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值，临床上可将乳腺血氧检测与彩色多普勒超声检查两种方法有效结合，综合诊断乳腺癌。

Comparative Analysis of Blood Oxygen Detection and Color Doppler Ultrasound Examination in Diagnosing Breast Cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of mammary gland blood oxygen detection in diagnosing breast cancer.Methods 45 patients with breast lumps were detected with blood oxygen detection and color Doppler ultrasound, and the results were compared.Results The accuracy, speciifcity and sensitivity of breast blood oxygen detection were 91.1%, 92.3%, and 89.4%, respectively. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of Color Doppler examination were 80.0%, 76.9% and 84.2%, respectively. There were no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Blood oxygen detection with high accuracy, sensitivity and speciifcity has a high diagnosis value for breast cancer. Breast cancer can be effectively diagnosed by the combination of blood oxygen detection and color Doppler ultrasound.
