| 摘 要： | 目的：提高医学工程保障服务信息的记录及统计效率。方法使用WPS办公软件，设计用于记录服务保障信息的电子表格，利用其自带的数据透视表统计分析各工程师的工作汇总数据。结果通过应用WPS电子表格，医院的相关人员可在PC端或智能移动设备上进行信息记录与统计分析。结论使用WPS表格记录并统计数据，能够基本满足科室日常数据记录及统计的需要，管理成本低，具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the recording and summarizing efficiency of security service information of medical engineering.Methods The spreadsheets which can be used to record the security service information were designed with WPS software. Thus the statistics analysis of summarized working data of various engineers can be conducted with the PivotTable of the spreadsheets.Results Relevant staff can record, summarize and analyze the security service information with the application of WPS spreadsheets.Conclusion WPS spreadsheets with low cost and high application value which were used in data recording and summarizing can meet the basic requirements of daily data recording and summarizing of medical engineering department. |
