中美护理专业本科课程类型比较研究

摘    要:目的对中美护理专业本科课程类型进行比较,为中国护理专业本科课程改革提供可以借鉴的科学依据。方法采用统计分析法、内容分析法、个案研究法等对美国和中国各20所护理院校的全日制(四年制、五年制)护理专业本科课程进行横向比较研究。结果美国护理专业课程学时数平均分布在25~60学时之间,且主要为综合课程;中国护理专业课程学时数平均分布在25~106学时之间,且主要为分科课程。结论中美护理专业本科课程类型和学时数存在一定差异;综合课程是一种能减少课时,凸显护理特色,提高教学效率的课程类型。

Abstract:Objective This study compared the curricula in China and USA in order to provide information we can borrow for the reform of curricula of the tertiary education of nursing science in China. Methods Cross-sectional study was used, including statistical analysis, content analysis, and case study depending on the nature of the research materials. 20 full-time (4-5 years) nursing baccalaureate programs in China and 20 from America were studied.Results In USA, the class hours are 25-60 on average, and the curricula are integrated ones covering both basic and clinical disciplines, while in China, the clinically-oriented courses dominates the curriculum, with the class hours ranging between 25-106. Conclusion The integrated curriculum is task-oriented and can help reduce class hours and improve teaching efficiency.
