MTT法检测医用高分子材料浸出细胞毒性的实验研究

摘    要:介绍了在微量细胞培养板中,用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测医用高分子材料浸出细胞毒性的方法。研究了不同细胞接种浓度下,MTT比色法的重现性,并且在同一细胞浓度下,将此方法和细胞计数法进行了比较。结果表明,此方法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好.

Abstract:This paper described MTT Colorimatric assay for lixivious cellular toxicity of medical macromoleculat materisl in microscale cell plate. Repetitiveness of MTT Colorimetric assay under different conditions of inoculated cellular concentration was studied and this metbeds was compared with the cell counting assay in the same cellular coneehtration. The results show that this method bas the advantage of easy to operate,swiftness,stability,good repetitiveness and economhation.
