| 摘 要： | 目的 分析松果体区肿瘤显微手术治疗的相关因素.方法 回顾性分析显微手术治疗69 例松果体区肿瘤的临床资料,探讨松果体区肿瘤大小、质地、血供及病理类型与显微手术的关系.结果 肿瘤全切除43 例,次全切除19 例,部分切除7 例.结论 松果体区肿瘤的大小、质地、血供、病理类型与显微手术难度和切除程度密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the related factors in the microsurgical treatment of pineal region tumors. Methods The clinical data of 69 patients with pineal region tumors performed microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively. The tumors and the texture, blood supply, pathology in pineal region and the relationship with microsurgery were analyzed. Results The tumors were totally removed in 43 cases, subtotal in 19 and partial in 7. Conclusion The microsurgieal difficulty and degree of resection are closely related to the size, texture, blood supply and pathology of pineal region tumors. |
