| 摘 要： | 目的评价倍频532激光虹膜表面新生血管光凝术联合复合式小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法对31例（32只眼）新生血管性青光眼先用倍频532 nm激光封闭虹膜表面新生血管,1～d天后再行复合式小梁切除术。结果术后随访半年,27例（28只眼）眼压控制在21 mm Hg以下,有效率达85.71%。结论倍频532激光虹膜光凝联合复合式小梁切除术是治疗新生血管性青光眼较为满意的方法。
