| 摘 要： | 目的观察高龄白内障患者行超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效、安全性以及对全身病的影响。方法 2005年至2010年5年间共85例(96只眼)70岁以上的白内障患者于表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术。完善术前检查,严密监测术中及术后的全身情况,观察术后视力恢复情况。结果术后随访2～60个月,视力>0.05而<0.3者3只眼(3.125%),视力<0.5者27只眼(28.12%),>0.6者66只眼(68.75%)。结论高龄患者因全身疾病以及老年性病理生理性特点,眼部手术存在一定风险,但是在充分的术前准备、术中及术后的密切观察,积极处理全身病的前提下,白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and security of the cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation in highly senile patients.Methods Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was performed in 96 eyes from 85 patients under surface anaesthesia.Mean follow-up period was 2 months to 60 months.Results Vision acuity was better than 0.6 in 66 patients(68.75%),0.3~0.5 in 27 patients(28.12%) and lower than 0.3 in 3 patients(3.13%).Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification c... |
