肖厝口岸登革热传染病媒介生物的监测与分析

摘    要:目的了解肖厝口岸登革热传染病媒介生物的基本情况,防止登革热传染病在肖厝口岸传入传出。方法从2007年4月-2008年3月,采用人工小时法,对肖厝口岸的登革热传染病媒介生物进行为期1年的监测。结果此次监测共捕获成蚊1510只和部份幼虫,经分类隶属2亚科4属7种,其中优势蚊种为骚扰阿蚊占61.59%,致倦库蚊占30.33%;蚊密度随季节消长,平均密度为50.33只/人工小时;成蚊密度最高峰是9月密度为87.20只/人工小时,其次是在6月密度为82.40只/人工小时;不同生境的蚊密度也各不相同。布雷图指数为10.3%,房屋指数为6.3%,容器指数为6.4%。结论此次监测结果说明肖厝口岸存在着白蚊伊蚊导致登革热流行的可能性,因此,提示肖厝口岸对登革热传染病媒介生物白蚊伊蚊的防制应在每年成蚊活动高峰到来之前实施滞留喷洒灭蚊和彻底清除无用积水,杜绝白蚊伊蚊的孳生,这将会在防止登革热传入传出以及在口岸地区做好该病的防制工作收到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:Objective Prevent the spread of dengue at Xiaocuo port by studying the basic situation of Dengue fever infectious disease vectors.Methods Carry out monitoring of Dengue fever infectious disease vectors at Xiaocuo Port with man hour method from Apr.2007 to Mar.2008.Results The 1510 caught mature mosquitoes and some larvae belonged to 2 subfamilies, 4 sorts and 7 species, among which the dominant mosquitoes species is Armigeres subalbatus (Coquillett) (accounting for 61.59% )and Culex Pipiens Fatigans Wiedemann (accounting for 30.33%); Mosquitoes density varies with seasons, with an average density of 50.33 per man hour; Peak density of mature mosquitoes is 87.20 per man hour in September, followed by 82.40 per man hour in June; Different habitats also have different mosquitoes density among which Breteau index is 10.3%, housing index is 6.3%, container index is 6.4%.Conclusion This monitoring results show the existence of Aedes albopictus (Skuse) might cause Dengue fever around Xiaocuo Port.Thus before peak time, residual spray method and clearance of useless seeper should be done to prevent and control the Dengue fever vector (Aedes albopictus)in order to root out the procreation of Aedes albopictus and achieve efficient outcomes in the prevention and control work at Xiaocuo Port.
