银翘散传统饮片与配方颗粒的化学成分比较

摘    要:目的:比较银翘散传统饮片与配方颗粒的色谱分离图谱,以探讨两者间化学成分是否存在差异。方法:采用气相色谱法(GC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对其3种不同溶媒提取物在相对应的色谱条件下进行分离测定。结果:3种不同溶媒提取物在GC和HPLC色谱中,其图形及对应的色谱峰保留时间基本相同。结论:银翘散传统饮片合煎与配方颗粒的化学成分无明显差异。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the chemical constituents of traditional decoction and compatible granule of Yinqiao San. Methods:To determine chemical gromatographic spectrum of two forms of Yinqiao San by HPLC and GC. Results:The chemical constituents are basic indentical in two forms of Yinqiao San. Conclusion:The chemical constituents between traditional decoction and compatible granule of Yinqiao San have no significantly difference.
