术前诱导化疗对口腔鳞癌的疗效观察

目的　探讨口腔鳞癌术前诱导化疗疗效及不良反应。方法　自 1994年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月选择 6 6例口腔鳞癌 ,其中 36例应用顺铂 (DDP)、长春地辛 (VDS)和平阳霉素 (PYM )进行联合化疗 (实验组 ) ,30例应用顺铂、长春新碱和平阳霉素联合化疗 (对照组 ) ,每个患者给予一个疗程的化疗。按WHO化疗疗效及其毒性标准进行评价。结果　实验组总有效率为 88.9% (32例 ) ,对照组总有效率 83.3% (2 5例 ) ,两组没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组化疗方案的主要毒性反应是骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和脱发。结论　本改良PVP(DDP、VDS、PYM )化疗方案对口腔鳞癌疗效肯定 ,不良反应可以耐受。

Clinical Study of Preoperative Inductive Chemotherapy for Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the response and toxicity of preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 66 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma were selected and treated from January 1994 to December 2000, of which 36 were given one course of improved PVP combination chemotherapy which was comprised of cisplatin, vindersine and pingyangmycin and 30 cases were in group of cisplatin, VCR and PYM(control group). The response and toxicity were assessed according to WHO critera of chemotherapy.Results After the chemotherapy, overall response(OR)of the case group was in 32 cases of the improved PVP(88.9%), and OR of the control group was in 25 cases(83.3%),but there was no statistical difference between the two. The major toxicity effects of the two groups were gastrointestinal resction, myelosuppression and alopecia. Conclusion The results of the current study indicate the improved PVP chemotherapy is highly effective for and well tolerated by the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma .
