| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆囊抽吸在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中对患者术中术后的影响.方法 将200例胆石症病人随机分为两组,A组110例,为腹腔镜胆囊切除前进行胆囊抽吸;B组100例,未进行胆囊抽吸.同时观察患者手术时间、术中并发症、住院时间、术后并发症等.结果 A组的胆囊穿孔率显著低于B组(P=0.0003),A组的手术时间(46.70±15.93 min)显著短于B组(60.75±22.09)min(P=0.047),A组患者的住院时间(3.6±0.5)d]显著短于B组(3.6±0.5)d、(4.5±0.8)d](P=0.004).B组术中、术后并发症均显著多于A组(P=0.62,P=0.02).结论 胆囊抽吸在LC中具有缩短手术时间、降低胆囊穿孔率、减少并发症的优点,值得推广.
