| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨p16、cycli E在宫颈鳞状上皮病变诊断中的应用。方法 观察84例宫颈鳞状上皮增生性病变和16例正常宫颈鳞状上皮的免疫组化表达。结果 正常宫颈鳞状上皮、良性反应性增生与CINⅠ级p16未见明显阳性表达，cyclin E少数表达(12．9％)。高度CIN与鳞状细胞癌p16和cyclin E高表达，分别为78．6％、87．2％。结论 p16和cyclin E与CIN有密切关系，尤其是高度CIN和鳞状上皮癌。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic utility of p16 and cyclin E in the squamous intraepithelial lesions of the cervix (CIN). Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed in 84 cases of proliferative lesions and 18 normal squamous ep-ithelia of the cervix. Results Neither normal squamous epithelia, benign reactive proliferation nor CIN I had been showed prominent positive to p16, and few positive (12.9%) to cyclin E. But the high grade CIN and carcinoma were different: the rate of p16 expression was 78.6% and the cyclinE was 87.2% respectively. Conclusion Both p16 and cyclin E are strongly associated with squamous intraepithelial lesions, especially high grade CIN and carcinoma. |
