64层螺旋CT在升主动脉及全弓替换加支架“象鼻”术后疗效评价的应用

目的评价64层螺旋CT(64-slice spiral computed tomography,64-sCT)血管造影对Stanford A型主动脉夹层行升主动脉及全弓替换加支架"象鼻"手术术后评估的应用及体会。方法回顾性分析我院行升主动脉及全弓替换加支架"象鼻"术26例术后血管造影征象,分析多排CT对该术式术后疗效评估的价值。结果 64层螺旋CT能清晰显示26例患者升主动脉段人工血管、降主动脉段金属支架26枚、支架以远的真假腔及内膜片。共显示24例患者破口共26个,覆膜支架破口封堵术后内漏2个,其中1例术后3个月复查内漏消失。结论 64层螺旋CT血管造影对主动脉夹层术后疗效有重要的评估价值。

To Evaluate Outcomes of the Surgery for Total Arch Replacement Combined with Stented Elephant Trunk Implantation by 64slice Spiral Computed Tomography

Objectives To investigate outcomes of the surgery by 64-detector computed tomography angiography for the people who have got type A aortic dissection.they performed ascending aorta and total aortic arch replacement combined with transaortic stented graft implantation into the descending aorta.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 26 patients who suffered from type A aortic dissection by used 64-sCT in our hospitalL in order to evaluate the outcomes of surgery.Results High image quality were be showed in All patients.The image clear display artificial vascular graft of ascending aorta,26 metallic supports into descending aorta,ture and false antrum,intimal flap.There are 26 crevasses in all patients.Endo-leak occurred in 2 patients,with 1 closed in 3 months.Conclusions 64-detector CT angiography plays important role in estimated outcomes of the surgery.
