确定医务社会工作者绩效评价指标权重系数研究

摘    要:目的:对医务社会工作者进行绩效评价,制定出绩效评价指标体系及其权重系数,以此进一步促进医务社会工作在国内的规范发展。方法:采用德尔菲法结合层次分析法和百分权重法确定指标体系权重系数。结果:该指标体系包含一级指标3个,二级指标12个,三级指标37个,各指标权重合理。结论:所建立的指标体系及权重系数科学、合理,具有较强的可操作性。

Study on the Set-up Index Weight Coefficient of Medical Social Worker's Performance Evaluation

Abstract:Object:In order to promote the formal domestic development of medical social work,the study carried out performance evaluation of the medical social worker,set up performance evaluation index system,and determined index weight coefficient.Methods:The study was conducted by the Delphi method,the analytical hierarchy process and the percentile method.Results:The whole index system consisted of 3 first-level indices,12 second-level indices and 37 third-level indices with corresponding reasonable weight coefficients.Conclusion:The index system proved to be scientific and reasonable,capable of practical application.
