护理人员职业倦怠与应对措施

摘    要:职业倦怠是一种由工作引发的心理枯竭现象,是在严重的工作压力下产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态,护士的职业倦怠状态不仅严重影响着护理工作人员的身心健康,也影响着护理工作质量。目前我国护理人员工作压力大,工作环境错综复杂,工作价值不受认可,专业知识与技能需不断更新,这些压力使护士成为了职业倦怠的高发人群。为此,需要改善排班制度,建立激励机制,创造良好的工作环境,提高护理人员的自主性,重视护士社会地位。

Abstract:Job burnout is a state of being exhausted both mentally and physically when experiencing great pressure under work.Job burnout of nurses not only affect wholesome of their body and mind,but affect the working quality.Now in China,nurses are dealing with heavy burden stemming from work,working in a complicated place,gaining unjust recognition from society,and making efforts to learn new knowledge and skills.These all make nurses at a high risk of job burnout.It is necessary to enhance the duty schedule,set up a motivate mechanism,create a better working environment,facilitate the autonomy of nurses and value the social status of nurses.
