| 摘 要： | 居民健康档案建设是我国基本公共卫生服务项目的重要内容,随着居民健康档案工作的发展,档案中的个人信息安全问题逐渐引起社会关注。为使健康档案中的个人信息受到有效的法律保护,文章从居民健康档案的法律保障,居民健康信息的收集、保管和使用几个方面探讨了涉及个人信息安全的法律问题,并为保障居民健康档案中的个人信息安全,从法律角度提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Residents health archives are an important part of national Basic Community Public Health Care.With the development of resident health archives,personal information security problems have caused the social concern.This article discussed some legal problems about the legal protection of residents’ health archives,the collection,safekeeping and application of resident health information,to give suggestions to protect individual information safety in residents’ health archives from perspective of legislation. |
