摘    要:目的:调查和分析学生对卫生事业管理专业现阶段课程设置的满意度,进而采取有针对性的措施。方法:对山西省某医科大学卫生管理专业在校本科生进行问卷调查和小组访谈。结果:学生对开设课程的整体满意度较低。课时安排上,学生认为专业课程课时过少,公共基础课程课时过多,医学基础课程以及临床专业课程课时过多。课程内容上,课程内容陈旧,与就业及实际工作相关的课程开设少。重知识,轻能力现象严重。结论:平衡各课程组群学时数,改善专业课教学方法和内容,提高学生学习积极性和满意度。

Satisfaction Survey on the Major Courses for Health Management Major in a Medical College, Shanxi

Abstract:Objective:The study investigated the satisfaction on health management professional curriculum at present to take adopting the specific measures.Methods:Questionnaire survey,focus group were used.Results:The students are not satisfied with curriculum and the degree of overall satisfaction is low.In scheduling,the students think that the specialized course hours are less,but public basic courses are scheduled too much.Basic medical courses and clinical professional courses are arranged more time.About course contents,the students consider courses which are associated with employment and actual working are less,and content is outdated.In addition,knowledge are much accounted,but ability is not.Conclusion:The hours of courses must be balanced,and improve teaching methods and content must be improved,to increase the students’ learning initiative and satisfaction.
