摘 要: | 在现代医学教育中,标准化病人是培养医学生临床技能和医患沟通能力的一种重要载体。本研究结合神经外科学教学的特殊需要,将标准化病人教学应用于神经外科颅脑损伤单元的教学实践中。通过对照研究,结果显示与传统灌输式教学法相比,标准化病人教学在提高学生学习兴趣、加强学生对相关知识的理解以及医患沟通能力方面具有明显优势。标准化病人在神经外科学教学中具有重要意义和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: | Standardized patients currently were serving as an important vehicle in the education of clinical and physician-patient communication skills for medical students.It`s characteristic were real,effective and reliable.In this paper,compare with traditional mode of medical education,use of standardized patients in neurosurgery teaching according special experiences improved students’ clinical skills and physician-patient communication techniques.In accordance with the development of high medical education,the application of SP in medical education have expansive applied foreground. |
