孕妇对孕期健康知识需求的调查报告

目的:了解孕妇对孕期健康知识的需求,便于孕妇在妊娠期、分娩期、产褥期接受系统、规范而全面的健康教育。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对2010年11月-2011年1月在我院建卡的孕妇(主要是初产妇)进行健康教育内容的需求调查。结果:孕妇对孕期健康知识需求的前5位内容依次是孕期营养、孕期心理、新生儿喂养、新生儿护理、胎教,同时对孕妇操、丈夫参与"怀孕"也有较高的关注度。结论:对孕期营养与心理应高度关注并加强早期干预;应该加大新生儿喂养和护理这部分知识的传授;应重视胎教,科学、客观地进行胎教,指导她们平安地渡过怀孕、分娩期;对分娩方式的选择应该科学、客观、积极地加以引导;加强孕妇操宣教、保障母婴安全;应鼓励丈夫参与"怀孕",以提高围产保健质量。

A Survey Report of Demands for Health Knowledge about Gestation of Pregnant Women

Objective:To truly understand the demands for health knowledge of pregnant women,so the pregnant women can accept systematic,normative and all-around health education.Methods:The pregnant women(mainly unipara) who built cards from November 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital were surveyed with self-questionnaire.Results:From the survey,the top five demands for health knowledge of pregnant women are pregnancy nutrition,pregnancy mental health,feedings and nursing of newborn babies and antenatal training,besides,pregnant women exercise,whether the husbands to participate in pregnancy or not also have higher attentions.Conclusion:Pregnancy nutrition and mentality should be attached high attention and early intervention should be strengthened;Teaching of knowledge of newborn feeding and care should be increased;We should pay attention to prenatal education and take it scientifically and objectively;The pregnant women were guided safely through the pregnancy and during the childbirth;The choice of the ways of delivery should be guided scientifically,objectively and actively;We should strengthen educational propaganda about pregnant women’s exercise,and guarantee maternal and infant safety;The husbands to participate in pregnancy can improve the perinatal care quality.
