平凉市住院患者医疗费用及对医疗行为满意度调查

目的:了解平凉市住院患者医疗费用及对医院医疗行为的满意度,为当地卫生管理决策提供科学的依据,促进医院医疗技术的提高。方法:以全市10所医院为监测点,采用分层抽样的方法,抽取1100名住院患者,调查其过去1年由于生病所产生的费用支出及对医疗结果的满意状况;经差异性分析,找出影响平凉市住院患者医疗结果满意度的关键因素。结果:平凉市城乡居民医疗需求比预想中高,医疗费用是家庭主要支出之一;低收入人群医疗保障薄弱;大多数患者就医行为和习惯不良;医疗行为满意度调查显示对所做的检查、服用的药品满意度较高,但治疗效果和期望达不到国家要求的及格线。结论:平凉市城乡居民医疗需求和费用可以通过建立健全社区医疗保健机构、扩大医疗保险的覆盖面得到满足和保障;制定科学严谨的患者满意度调查方案有利于医患关系的和谐发展,可促进和提高医疗服务质量。

Investigation on the Satisfaction degree of Medical Expense and Medical Behavior of Inpatients in Pingliang

Objective:To know about the satisfaction of inpatients in medical expense and medical behavior,it is expected to provide a scientific theory for the local health management to promote the hospital medical technology.Methods:10 hospitals were chosen as monitoring points,population-based epidemiological survey methods were used to investigate their medical expenditure for last year and their satisfaction degree for medical treatment.With analysis,influencing factors were found.Results:Medical cost of urban and rural residents is one of the main expenditures;medical treatment satisfaction survey shows that 95.7% of people think the inspection and drugs are necessary,79.9% of people think that the treatment matches get their expectations.Conclusion:The medical needs and costs of urban and rural residents in pingliang can be satisfied by establishing community health institutions and health insurance.It is helpful to develop scientifically program of patient satisfaction to improve health care quality.
