摘 要: | 目的和方法:通过文献研究,分析2001-2011年我国医院流程重组的应用状况、经验和存在的问题,为医院流程的转变和研究提供参考。结果:53.5%的流程重组发生于门急诊领域;流程重组中使用的前3位干预措施分别为服务整合、计算机信息系统的优化、流程组织或流程顺序的改变。结论:流程重组需重点关注管理层的支持、信息和交流系统的构建、功能的横向整合、团队建设和科学考核评估体系的建立。

Abstract: | Objective and Method:A literature research of process-oriented articles,published between 2001 and 2011,was performed to provide reference for hospital process transformation and research by analyzing the situation,experiences and problems of Hospital BRP.Result:53.5% BRP happened in outpatient and emergency departments,top 3 BRP prevention were:integration of services,optimization in computer systems,changes in process sequences or organization of processes.Conclusion:Management support,the construction of information and communication system,horizontal function integration,team building and scientific assessment system are key factors of BRP,to which we should pay close attention. |
