《医院管理学》教学内容与教学方式研究

摘    要:目的:了解《医院管理学》教学的重点内容和教学效果,为《医院管理学》的教学改革提供依据。方法:抽取某校卫生事业管理的学生140名,对《医院管理学》课程教学方式和效果的认识、不同的教学内容和教学方式选择的差异性进行分析。结果:57.1%的被调查者认为这门课程要达到的效果是对医疗机构的整体管理流程进行全面了解;对教学效果影响最大的因素被认为是教学方式、教学内容和教师;不同章节的教学内容,侧重点不一样;对不同的教学内容,对教学方式的选择具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:老师在教学的过程中应该有选择性地进行教学,同时应根据内容不同选择合适的教学方式,另外,提高老师自身素质也是促进教学质量提升的重要内容。

Investigation on the Teaching Contents and Methods of Hospital Management

Abstract:Objectives:To find out the teaching key content and effectiveness of "Hospital Management",to provide the basis for the improvement of teaching.Methods:Investigate 56 health management students and 84 in the management position of health management students,finding out their understanding of the teaching methods and effects of "Hospital Management",and proceed difference analysis for the choices of different teaching contents and methods.Results:57.1% of the people surveyed think the objective of this course is to have a full understanding of the whole management process of the medical institution;teaching mode,teaching content and teachers were considered to be the most influential factors;For the different section of the teaching content,the focal point differs;To the different teaching content,take the chi-square test of the choices of teaching mode,P<0.01,the difference obvious.Conclusion:The teacher should be selective in their teaching;And choose the appropriate teaching methods according to different contents;In addition,strengthening teachers’ own quality is the key to promote the teaching quality of the course.
