| 摘 要： | 目的:分析医疗保障对医疗服务的影响,为完善相关工作提供参考.方法:对单病种患者住院病历统计分析,比较不同支付方式下医疗费用、平均住院日的差异.结果:公费医疗、社会基本医疗保险、自费医疗3种支付方式就诊患者医疗费用、平均住院日不尽相同.结论:加强医疗保险制度建设,完善支付方式及其管理体系,有利于减轻患者医疗费用负担、缩短患者平均住院日.

| Abstract: | Objective:Analyzed the influence of medical insurance on medical services,to provide reference to improve the related work.Methods:Statistical analyzed the patients’ medical records for a single disease,under the different methods of insurance payment,compared the differences of medical expenses and the average length of stay.Results:The medical expenses and the average length of stay were different in the 3 payment among free medical care,social basic medical insurance and pocket care.Conclusions:Strengthening the construction of the medical insurance system and improving the payment management system will helpfully reduce the burden of medical cost,and shorten an average length of stay. |
