| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我国农村地区6种慢性病患者生命质量的评价与比较,了解不同慢性病对我国农村地区慢性病患者生命质量的影响,为提出相关政策性建议提供参考依据。方法:使用EQ-5D量表测量慢性病患者生命质量,数据使用SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果:慢性病引起生命质量降低;类风湿性关节炎和脑血管病各维度存在问题均较多。结论:不同慢性病对生命质量的影响不同,对慢性病干预时应当各有侧重,应确定优先干预疾病,以优化卫生资金的使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:By evaluating rural patients’ quality of life in six kinds of chronic diseases in China,this study was carried out to find out the impact of quality of life from different chronic diseases,provide reference for putting forward the relevant policy recommendations.Methods:EQ-5D was used to measure quality of life,and SPSS16.0 was used in data analysis.Results:Chronic diseases reduced the quality of life,and patients with rheumatoid arthritis and cerebrovascular disease have more problems in each dimension.Conclusion:The effects on quality of life which due to different chronic diseases are different.It is necessary to have their own focus on different chronic diseases in interventions,and determine the priority intervention chronic diseases,in order to optimize health funds. |
