| 摘 要： | 近年公立医院法人治理研究显示,我国公立医院法人治理存在的主要问题是产权不清、政府职能模糊、医院法人地位难以确保、内部人控制等；学者们提出应建立出资人制度、转变政府职能、建立内部制衡架构等.该领域未来的研究方向,包括理论研究、落实内部治理的措施、模式适用条件等.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed several major aspects of researches on corporate governance of public hospital in these years.We combed existing problems of public hospital governance in China:unclear property right,fuzzy government functions,failure to ensure the hospital legal person status,insider control and so on.Then suggestions such as establishing the fund-provider system,transforming government functions,building internal balancing structure,were summarized.New research directions of public hospital governance were put forward,including researches on theories,measures to carry out internal governance,suitable conditions of various models. |
