腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果比较

目的：探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果。方法：选取本院于2008年3月～2010年3月间收治的128例被确诊为结直肠癌患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组，对两组患者分别采用不同手术方法进行治疗，后对两组临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：经不同手术方式治疗，两组患者临床症状均有所改善，其中腹腔镜组患者在住院时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、人均镇痛次数及并发症发生率等方面的指标均优于开腹手术组患者，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者在手术时间、淋巴结切除数量以及术后复发率、远处转移率等方面的比较存在的差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：腹腔镜手术技术在治疗结直肠癌方面相比于开腹手术而言，具有手术创伤小、预后效果良好、安全性更高的优点，值得在临床推广应用。

Compared the Effect about Colorectal Cancer Treated by Laparoscopic Surgery and Surgical Operation

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect oflaparoscopic and open operation in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods： the hospital in 2008 March - 2010 March admitted 128 patients were diagnosed with colorectal cancer patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into laparoscopic operation group and the open operation group, the two groups of patients with different operation methods for treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： the different operation mode of treatment, the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved, the laparoscopic group patients in hospitalization time, amount of bleeding, intestinal function recovery time and the number of per capita analgesia and other aspects of the indicators are better than the open operation group, and the two group comparison difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with postoperative survival rate, complication rate, number of lymph nodes removed and operation time were compared the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0 05）. Conclusion： laparoscopic operation technique in the treatment of colorectal cancer compared with open operation, has the advantages of small operation wound, the prognosis is good, higher security, is worth in clinical application.
