| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT对梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值。方法收集62例经CT、手术、病理证实的梗阻性黄疸患资料进行回顾性分析。结果62例梗阻性黄疸中CT定位、定性诊断准确率分别为96％和93％。结论CT可显示胆道系统梗阻的平面及梗阻端征象因而能对梗阻性黄疸的定位、定性分析提供重要信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diag nosis of obstructive jaundice.Methods 62patients with obstructive jaundice which was proven by CT,Surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The accurate rate of CT inlo cated and qualitative diagnosis in 62patient s with obstructive jaundice were 96%and 93%respectively.Conclusion CT can clearly reveal the ob-structive plane of bile duct system a nd the signs of obstructive end so that it can provide important informations for diagnosing this disease.[ |
