3% 高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效的Meta 分析

目的:系统评价3%高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎住院患儿的疗效及安全性。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、中国生物医学 文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库,检索时间为从建库至2016 年12 月,获取3% 高渗盐水雾化治疗毛细支气管炎住院患儿的 RCT 文献,利用RevMan 5.3 对纳入文献进行Meta 分析。结果:共纳入12 篇文献、1 420 例患儿进行分析,文献质量中等。Meta 分析结果显示,3%高渗盐水组较对照组住院时间缩短(MD =-0.47,95%CI:-0.90 ~ -0.05,P<0.05),治疗后3 d 的病情严重程 度评分降低(MD =-1.16,95%CI:-1.57 ~ -0.76,P<0.05),且无严重不良反应。结论:现有的资料表明,雾化吸入3% 高渗盐水 治疗毛细支气管炎安全、有效,但纳入文献质量不高,结论仍需进一步研究论证。

Aerosol Inhalation of 3% Hypertonic Saline in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis: Meta-Analysis

Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3% hypertonic saline in the treatment of hospitalized children with bronchiolitis. Methods: PubMed, Embase, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang database were retrieved, the retrieval time range was from the establishment of the database to Dec. 2016. RCT literature of aerosol inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline in the treatment of hospitalized children with bronchiolitis was obtained. And Meta-analysis was conducted on the included literature with RevMan 5.3. Results: A total of 12 literature and 1,420 children were included for analysis, and the quality of the literature was moderate. Meta-analysis showed that the length of stay in the 3% hypertonic saline group was shorter than that in the control group (MD =-0.47, 95%CI: -0.9, -0.05, P<0.05), and the disease severity score decreased after treatment of 3 d (MD =-1.16, 95%CI: -1.57, -0.76, P<0. 05), and there was no severe adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: The available data indicate that aerosol inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline is safe and effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis, however, the quality of the included literature is not high, and the conclusion still needs further research and demonstration.
