施维群教授运用“辛开苦降法”治疗肝性脑病的经验浅析

[目的]总结施维群教授运用“辛开苦降法”治疗肝性脑病的临床经验,以更好地传承与创新其学术思想,并为肝性脑病的临床辨治及进一步研究提供参考。[方法]通过收集、整理施维群教授辨治肝性脑病的病案,以跟师学习过程中老师的临证指导为基础,结合其多年来发表的相关论文,对其肝性脑病辨治经验进行相关临床研究,并举验案以证明之。[结果]施维群教授认为气机逆乱乃肝性脑病的主要病机,湿热秽浊之邪,侵犯中焦,胶着不化,蒙蔽清窍,治当调畅气机,协调脏腑,遂取法《伤寒论》之辛开苦降之法,上升之辛药与下降之苦药配伍使用,灵活运用于临床肝性脑病的治疗,效果颇佳。[结论]施维群教授运用辛开苦降法治疗肝性脑病取得较好的临床疗效,其临床经验值得研究学习。

[Objective]To sum up Professor Shi Weiqun"s clinical experience in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy with the "Pungent dispersing and bitter descending method", in order to better inherit and innovate his academic ideas, and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy and further research.[Methods]To collected and sorted out his medical records for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy, based on the guidance of the teacher during the teacher"s learning process, combined with his publication over the years. to carried out relevant clinical studies on histological diagnosis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. and take the case to prove it.[Results]Professor Shi Weiqun believed that the qi-movement disturbance is the main pathogenesis of hepatic encephalopathy, the evils of damp heat and turbidity, infringement of middle-jiao, congealed, blinded orifices, regulating the qi-movement coordinating viscera, and learning the method of "Pungent dispersing and bitter descending" of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases". The combination of rising pungent and falling bitter medicines is used flexibly in the treatment of clinical hepatic encephalopathy, and the effect is quite good. [Conclusion] Professor Shi Weiqun applied the Pungent dispersing and bitter descending method to treat hepatic encephalopathy to obtain better clinical curative effect. Its clinical experience is worth studying and studying.
