| 摘 要： | 富含半胱氨酸的血管生成诱导剂61?是结缔组织生长因子家族基质细胞蛋白的成员，参与许多重要生物学功能，具有广泛的生物学特性，在肿瘤性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肾脏疾病中研究较为广泛，近年来在心血管系统中的研究越来越多，在动脉粥样硬化、心肌损伤、心肌纤维化中具有重要的生物学作用，参与了冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生发展。CYR61还可作为疾病的标志物，对疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。

| Abstract: | The cysteine-rich angiogenesis inducer 61 is a member of the connective tissue growth factor family stromal cell protein and is involved in many important biological functions with extensive biological properties.Cyr61 is widely studied in neoplastic diseases, autoimmune diseases and kidney diseases.In recent years, there have been more and more studies in the cardiovascular system, which have important biological effects in atherosclerosis, myocardial injury and myocardial fibrosis, and participate in the development of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension and heart failure. CYR61 also serves as a marker of disease and provides new targets for the treatment of disease. |
