摘    要:分析当前慢病管理存在的主要问题,介绍雾计算的概念、研究现状以及在远程医疗健康领域的应用,阐述将雾计算应用于远程健康监控的可行性。设计基于雾计算的医联体远程慢病管理体系框架和流程,旨在提供快速实时响应、高质量的远程健康监护服务。

Abstract:The paper analyzes major problems existing in current chronic disease management, introduces fog computing''s concept, study status and application in the field of remote healthcare, expounds the feasibility of application of fog computing to remote health monitoring. It designs the management system framework and process of remote chronic diseases in medical association based on fog computing, aiming to provide quality remote health monitoring services with quick response in real time.
