益气健脾化积方对晚期结肠癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

<正>结肠癌为临床上常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,化疗并发症发生率高。研究证明,中医药辅助化疗可减轻化疗药物的损伤,增强机体对化疗药物的敏感性~([1-3])。中医认为,晚期结肠癌的病因病机较为复杂,总属"正虚邪实"之证,即正气亏虚为其本,气滞血瘀为其标。益气健脾化积方具有健脾益气、祛邪消积的治疗作用,在辅助治疗胃癌上有显著成效~([4-5])。本研究旨在探讨益气健脾化积方对晚期结肠癌的近期临床疗效、免疫功能和生活质量的影响。

Effect of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen and Relieve Stasis Decoction on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Colon Cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods From January 2013 to January 2018, 80 patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received FOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 12 weeks, the evaluation criteria of the unified disease and curative effect were used to objectively evaluate the curative effect of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on the recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced colon cancer in two groups. Results After treatment, the effects of recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life were improved in both groups. However, the improvement of recent clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the improvement was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the improvement of quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction improves the recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced colon cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
