国内外健康数据伦理研究比较分析

目的：通过对比分析国内外健康数据伦理研究主题，构建健康数据伦理研究体系。方法：以CNKI、万方、PubMed数据库收录的有关国内外健康数据伦理文献中的关键词为研究对象，采用主题词分析法、聚类分析法、社会网络法、知识图谱法并结合词频分析方法进行健康数据伦理研究的数据分析。结果：国外健康数据伦理研究起步较早，研究内容较为完善和深入。我国则起步较晚，健康数据伦理研究较浅。研究主题比较结果发现，国内外在健康数据伦理领域的研究的侧重点不同。结论：国内外研究人员在健康数据伦理领域的研究方向一致，并且形成了各自的研究特色。

Comparative analysis of domestic and foreign studies on health data ethics

Objective To construct the study system for health data ethics by analyzing the domestic and foreign studies on health data ethics. Methods The key words in CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed-covered domestic and foreign papers on health data ethics were analyzed by subject heading analysis, cluster analysis, social network analysis, knowledge map analysis and word frequency analysis respetively. Results The time to study the health data ethics was earlier and the contents of studies on health data were more comprehensive and in-depth in foreign countries than in our country. The comparison of study topics showed that the focus was different in domestic and foreign studies on health data. Conclusion The interest in health data ethics is quite consistent between domestic and foreign researchers who are characterized by their studies.
