摘    要:骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)最初在骨和软骨组织中被发现,隶属于转化生长因子-β超家族。近年来,随着骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)相关研究的深入,BMPs相关信号通路及其调控也被越来越精确的描述,其在机体各组织中的表达及作用也各不相同。研究发现,BMPs的表达变化与血管病变密切相关,尤其是在动脉钙化、动脉粥样硬化、血管炎症、病理性心肌重构、血管内皮功能障碍、急性冠脉综合征等病理情况的形成过程中发挥重要作用。因此,对BMPs 进行深入研究和探讨可对临床心血管疾病的预防和诊疗提供一条新思路。

Abstract:Initially, bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are found in bone and cartilage tissue and are part of the transforming growth fact-beta superfamily. Recent years, with the further research of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), the related signaling pathways of BMPs and their regulation are more and more accurately described, and their expression and roles varies in different tissues in vivo. The study found that the changes of the BMPs expression and vascular disease are closely related, especially in the formation of arterial calcification, atherosclerosis, vascular inflammation, Pathological myocardial remodeling, vascular endothelial dysfunction, acute coronary syndrome and so on. Therefore, further study and discussion of BMPs can provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of clinical cardiovascular disease.
