丙种球蛋白序贯治疗儿童心内膜弹力纤维增生症4 例临床分析

目的:为临床应用大剂量丙种球蛋白序贯治疗儿童心内膜弹力纤维增生症提供参考。方法:收集兰州大学第二医院儿童医院小儿心血管科2015 年收治的4 例心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿的临床资料,分析应用大剂量丙种球蛋白序贯治疗的效果。结果:4 例患儿中,2 例婴儿(<1 岁)因就医及时,治疗6 个月后临床缓解(其中1 例全程治疗1 年后治愈),1 例幼儿因就医不及时最终死亡,1 例儿童因经济原因终止治疗。结论:及时、全程、大剂量的丙种球蛋白序贯治疗可以促进婴儿特发性心内膜弹力纤维增生症的治愈。

Sequential Therapy with Gamma Globulin on 4 Children with Endomyocardial Fibroelastosis

Objective: To provide reference for the clinical application of sequential therapy with high-dose gamma globulin on childrenwith endomyocardial fibroelastosis. Methods: Clinical data of 4 cases of endomyocardial fibroelastosis admitted into the department of pediatric cardiology in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University in 2015 were collected. Effects of sequential therapy with high-dose gamma globulin on children with endomyocardial fibroelastosis were analyzed. Results: Among the 4 cases, 2 infants (<1 year old)were in clinical remission after 6 months of timely treatment (1 case was cured after 1 year of full treatment), 1 infant died due todelayed treatment, and 1 child was terminated for economic reasons. Conclusion: Timely, full-course, high-dose gamma globulin ofsequential therapy can promote the cure of infantile idiopathic endomyocardial fibroelastosis.
