食管癌患者支架植入术后系统护理干预的效果评价

目的：探讨系统化整体护理干预措施对食管癌患者食管带膜支架术后康复和生活质量的影响。方法：选择行食管带膜支架植入术食管癌患者50例,随机分为实验组与对照组各25例,实验组在患者行支架植入术后实施系统的护理干预措施;对照组按护理常规护理。在患者入选当时和术后3个月时各进行一次随访。以《健康状况问卷-简表36》进行生存质量评估,并比较两组患者随访3个月的主要并发症。结果：实验组护理干预后生存质量评分及支架术后主要并发症与对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：系统护理干预措施能明显提高患者日常生活质量,减少术后并发症。

The Effect of Patients with Maligant Esophageal Strictures after Membrane-covered Esophageal Stent Systematic Nursing Intervention

Objective： To investigate the significance of systematic holistic nursing care on the clinical outcomes （ health related quality of life and serious stent - related complications ） in malignant esophageal strictures patients with the treatment of membrane - covered esophageal stent. Method： Choosing 50 patients with malignant esophageal strictures who accepted the treatment of membrane - covered esophageal stent, divided into experimental group and control group random 25. The experimental group enforced systematic nursing care measure intervention before and after the treatment of membrane - covered esophageal stent, including health education ,rehabilitation exercise and mental nursing. The control group took routine nursing care. Adopting SF - 36 to evaluated the subjects＇quality of life anterior and posterior of nursing care. The serious stent -related complications was compared between two groups at 3 months following assessment. Result ： There is significance difference in the two group when compared their SF - 36 score and the rate of serious stent - related complications （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Systematic nursing care measure intervention can increase the patients, daily and motor capacity and improve short -term clinical outcome.
